Can I use my prescription card at your pharmacy?
Yes, we honor ALL Insurance and Plans. But to make sure call ahead first.
Can I prepay my prescription online?
We currently only accept payment at the pharmacy.
How can I transfer prescriptions from another pharmacy?
Either stop by our location or call us to transfer prescriptions.
What if I forgot to pick up my prescription at the indicated time?
We will hold you prescription for seven days. If you've forgotten to pick up your prescription in this time, call us and we'll be happy to refill it.
Can I pick up my mother's prescription? What information do I need?
You must show the proper identification and you must be an authorized caregiver for the patient whose prescription you are picking up.
Can you help me with Medicare Part D questions?
Yes, we have a trained Medicare Part D professional on staff. Our Staff members and Pharmacists regularly attend seminars to keep them updated on the new changes and guidelines with Medicare and how it efects our customers.
If I have no refills remaining, can I still request a refill online?
Yes, we will contact your physician for you to request a refill. You will be required to enter your phone number so we may contact you at a later time.
If I order my prescription now, when will it be ready for pickup?
When requesting a refill online, you will receive a confirmation which will include the estimated time your prescription will be ready.
Can you deliver my prescriptions?
We deliver to many of our established customers with a phone-call notification as to when you can expect your delivery.
How can I get my prescriptions after hours?
We have a Doctor's Line that is checked regularly. However at Pieratt's, our Pharmacist is availble by cell phone for local physicians most all of the time. We make every attempt to be there for those late night needs.
Do you have after-hours pick-up?
Through the use of secure lock boxes, we offer after hours pick-up for those customers that cannot com during regular hours or are not within our regular delivery routes. (See the Pharmacist or call for details)
